Claude Sonnet 4.6 Lands in Bubble AI: What Actually Improved
Bubble deployed Claude Sonnet 4.6 in Bubble AI on the model’s launch day, following a partnership with Anthropic that gave them pre-release access. The headline improvements are smoother app generation, better UI quality, and faster responsiveness.
What we noticed in practice
The generated layouts hold together better — spacing, hierarchy, and responsive behavior come out closer to something you would ship, which shortens the cleanup pass considerably. Generation is also fast enough that iterating on a prompt beats hand-correcting the output, which changes how you work with it.
What has not changed
Visual logic remains under your control. The model produces the structure; the workflows, privacy rules, and data model decisions are still yours to make and still the part that determines whether the app scales. That division is the right one, and we would be more wary of a version that blurred it.
How we use it
Generation for scaffolding and layout exploration, human judgment for data architecture. On client work the first screens now arrive in hours instead of days, which means stakeholders react to something real much earlier — which was always the point of building this way.
